Bannisters Restaurant is famous for its fine cuisine, but in the same complex there is a fun bar by the pool. They do great cocktails and pizzas. Lovely atmosphere and views.

Rick Stein at Bannisters is a dining experience not to be missed. There is also a Pool Bar open to the public after 5pm where you can enjoy a cocktail and tapas style food.
