you get on /off from airport shuttle bus there. NT$ 125 signle trip, trip duration is usually 45-55 mins. schedule not as stable as airport express train but cheaper

Taipei main Station is train station & MRT station. you can also take MRT from airport Terminal 1&2→Taipei main Station,and exchange MRT red Line form Taipei main Station to Taipei101/world trade center.
