A beautiful hike in San Luis Obispo! I have been hiking here since childhood. It is a longer hike, will take you at least an 1.5-2 hours to go up and come back down. A lot of people bike it as well. It is definitely on the more strenuous side. The view at the top gives you 360 degree views of San Luis Obispo and the rest of the 7 sisters volcanic mountains that are in the town and surrounding area.

Great hike up Cerro San Luis (Madonna Mountain). We like to access it from the back, which is adjacent to the SLO Dog Park/Laguna Lake Park. Usually plenty of parking.
