Tôi đọc dữ liệu hiệu suất về thu nhập của mình như thế nào?
For hosts using professional hosting tools, performance data for earnings and income is available to review in the Performance tab, under Earnings.
Reviewing performance data
In the occupancy and rates section, you can review performance data across specific time frames and compare them to similar listings in the area. Learn more about how to track performance using filters and comparisons.
There are 2 sub-sections that will show you a number of different performance data points specific to your listings. Here’s what each of those data points mean:
Average nightly revenue: Average nightly revenue is the average amount of money that you’ve received from a booking, including fees you charge, before the Airbnb service fee, taxes, or any other fees not charged by you are taken out.
Total nightly revenue: Total nightly revenue is the total amount of money that you’ve received from a booking, including fees you charge, before the Airbnb service fee, taxes, or any other fees not charged by you are taken out.
Cancellation fees: Cancellation fees are the fees you accrued from reservation cancelled by guests.
In the Income section, you can review your booked earnings for the year or by month. The earnings are broken out into money already paid out and expected income.
