This beautiful spacious home is located in Surprise Arizona near the White Tank Regional National Park Tennis & Racquet facility Spring Training for the Baseball Fans the Cardinals Stadium is not too far Phoenix Scottsdale Sedona Prescott Dream Catcher Park & Lake or nearby all amenities are nearby also!!!

**NO CLEANING FEE** Comfy queen bed in a private bedroom with attached private bathroom. Room does have a TV with free HBO attached. Full access to kitchen and all cooking utensils. Nespresso coffee maker with coffee at your disposal. Backyard has pool loungers and outdoor seating. We do have two very friendly large dogs, they only stay in the main living area. We are AZ natives, we would love to share our knowledge with you!

Beautiful cozy environment. Very quiet and peaceful. Pls read ALL rules Private, spacious, one level, home in a well-kept, quiet, residential neighborhood walking distance to shopping and restaurants; 2 miles to Surprise Stadium and 2.5 miles from Banner Del Webb. Brand new hot water heater and several recent upgrades. Close to Surprise Tennis and Pickle Ball courts. Lots of local Farmer's markets. We do have 2 cats that pretty much just stick to themselves This is a home share, we Offer 1 room.
