This lovely two-bedroom guest suite forms the west wing of our house, which is built around a courtyard. A separate entrance provides easy access. Amenities include a bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, kitchenette and a lounge. It is a quick 5-minute stroll to the beach and to the coastal walkway. A supermarket, laundromat and bus stop is just over 1km away. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe and friendly neighbourhood.

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge kettle and toaster). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).
