Perfect for 4 people or less. Important is: bring your own food (for cooking), here there are hardly any shopping opportunities! People at Lake Bunyonyi still live in harmony with nature.

Spend some time with nature on Bright island, a private island in the middle of Lake Bunyonyi. With the only access to the island being by boat, this a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the natural world and Ugandan hospitality. Full board (3 daily meals) included in the price. This is also a birdwatcher's paradise, with many species found around the island, including kingfishers, cormorants, black kites, cranes, storks and pelicans. Retreat to fabulous Itambira Island on Lake Bunyonyi - a peaceful haven in a stunning place. You'll be staying in Agapanthus, a beautiful treehouse with its own terrace and lake views. Comfortably equipped with ensuite facilities - private WC and hot shower. Sleeps 1-2 guests. Breakfast included, taken in our thatched restaurant with a view of the lake.
