We have a cozy extra bedroom in our spacious condo - 5 minutes from the beautiful world class beaches of Sanibel/Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. This is a bedroom - with a smart tv- with a shared bathroom. You are welcome to share the living space / kitchen/ and balcony to grill out or just enjoy the sunset and palms trees and ocean breezes. We have beach chairs you are welcome to borrow. We would love to welcome you! Please reach out with any questions.

This area of the park is very quiet with friendly annual tenants for neighbors. The host is normally site to welcome you and assist you with any questions you may have. The deck is a great place to sit and relax while grilling dinner. All kitchen wear is provided to make it convenient for making that great meal.
