We also have plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys and a cart to haul it all in. The home also has a fully stocked kitchen, a Weber grill, 3 smart TVs, an outdoor shower, a Keurig coffee maker (with k-cups to get you started) and much more!

This is just what you are looking for. An affordable place to relax. Holden is a quiet, friendly, family oriented beach. Our home is located on the third row with no one in front of you. From the new back porch, we are steps to the beach. We are a short walk or bike ride to a public park, restaurants & ice cream. If you would rather relax from the porch, there are direct ocean views from new deck and new crows nest. Front entrance is also new. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
