Eclectic 1950’s second floor apartmentThe house was built in the 50’s. A lot of the original features were saved. We are located within five minutes of downtown Cincinnati. We are about three minutes from everything in Covington. There is the Newport Aquarium, Reds stadium and the Bengals stadium, Cincinnati zoo, Cincinnati Art Museum, and the airport is nearby. We are also within driving distance of Kings Island and Coney Island theme parks.

Entire 1 Bedroom Apt With Small Theatre Set UpEntire apartment to yourself. Nice size and fairly clean. Small theatre style set up in living room. Queen size bed and ac unit in bedroom. Washer and dryer down stairs. Nice neighbors. Parking on street but busy street. Check the parking signs for 2 hour no parking interval (4pm-6pm on my side). Space available in rear parking lot but driveway is very narrow. Kroger grocery store about 5 minutes away. Walmart Super Center not far either. About 7-8 minute drive away from Paul Brown Stadium.
