the Portuguese Mecca of Surf! Garrett McNamara chose to move there after breaking the world record for largest wave ever surfed! It is a lovely small town where you can eat good fish and chill with drinks over a great sunset.

Have some fun at South Beach or enjoy some more quiet time at the North Beach. When you're feeling hungry, have a seat at one of the local restaurants and order some grilled fish. Dourado, Robalo, Linguado, Peixe-Espada are some of the Portuguese' favorites. If you want to see the sights, take the elevator up to Sítio da Nazaré.
