The historic Pozo Saloon! Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11-6, and it’s just right around the corner from the Cabin! (A country corner that is 😂🖤) Burgers and beer!

This place is historic!!! You can either drive (at your own risk) on Hi Mountain Rd right from the cottage. It’s not always well-maintained, but it’s worth a shot. You’ll meander through the National Forest all the way to Pozo…. Watch out for horseback riders & motorcyclists. Or take the 101 N to get there. Check in to make sure they’re open. Then make the journey for a burger and a Pozo martini…. (It’s not that fancy)

Historic Thirst Parlour, a place for great burgers, salads and ice cold beers, this place was established in 1858, this is also a great concert venue, about 30 - 40 minutes east of Santa Margarita.
