My favorite place in Paso to sit for a bit with friends and coffee. Open air and even doubles as a piano and wine bar in the evenings. The owners could not be nicer, more talented folks either.

Fantastic sea food, so fresh you can often watch them load it right off the boats while you’re eating. Live music on the weekends and it’s also a fish market so you can grab yourself something to take home.

My kids favorite ice cream in the quaint town of harmony, population 14.,Walking around this sweet town on highway 1 is a great little treat while you’re on the coast. Be sure to check out the glass blowing shop and the pottery studio while you there.

You’ll find the regulars with their chairs forming a line at the door starting at 4 (they open at 5) It’s fun to sit and chat with beautiful views while you wait for them to open. Once you have your meal you’ll get why this place has a cult following

This winery is just FUN. It’s an actual castle with a moat. They have a great lunch selection and host tons of great events including an amazing Halloween costume party every year.

This area is my favorite, it’s more of a drive to these wineries but the backRoads of Paso are Spanish moss and oak tree lined and some of the most beautiful scenery in CA. (I grew up in this area so I may be biased) If you head this way I suggest making a picnic, packing some
