Amost all popular place including the beach in Pattaya is 5-30 minutes driving from the villaม there are some good resturant around Mabprachan lake nearby that is not on the google map , please ask if you are interest, it is about 10 minutes driving from my villa , many cheap street food around the lake is a good try as well , enjoy :)

There is a new public park at this lake that good for jogging , very nice bicycle track around the lake , there are bike rental 50 bath per 3 hours around the lake , many good resturant and street food around the lake , good for exercise and very popular

Getting Around
there is no public transpotation around this area like a bus, you can use Grab Application ( similar to Uber ) to order a taxi easily, rental car is another choice ,please guide the taxi not to make a noise when arrive at the entrance gate it will disturbe the neiborhood , please let him call
