Bus from CDMX airport: goes to Queretaro, then take another bus to San Miguel.
Bus from Mexico Central del Norte book direct to San Miguel on ETN or Primera plus.
Buses from any other city come direct or through Queretaro - ETN or Primera Plus are the best.
From San Miguel Bus Station to The Nest Apartments: Uber or Taxis from station are a 5 minute ride and a few dollars.
