A very short list of the nearly 300 wineries available to visit while here in Paso Robles. Evan is a Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers so feel free to ask for recommendations based on your individual wine preferences, but these are a handful of our favorites!

Adelaida Winery is another great estate winery growing grapes from some of the most historic vineyards planted Paso Robles. Rhone and Bordeaux varietals both are emphasized here.

Started as a partnership between wine importer Robert Hass and the Perrin Family from Chateau Beaucastel in Chateauneuf du Pape in Southern France, all the rootstock was imported into the United States and the wines are produced in a very similar fashion to how they're produced in France. Nearly 100% rhone varietals, with a couple outliers (ask about Robert's Pinot Noir experiment!)

The tasting room is built into one of the hills of the vineyard and tours are offered of the caves used to store the barrels for the wines he makes. Not to be missed is his rose, a favorite of every industry person in Paso Robles.

The tasting room is built into one of the hills of the vineyard and tours are offered of the caves used to store the barrels for the wines he makes. You can go directly to Tin City to taste their wines, or you can make an appointment online to have a vineyard experience. Take a tour of the vineyard and taste wines from the very vines you're visiting, or plan a picnic and get setup at one of their Vineyard Oasis. Onx was recently recognized by Wine Spectator awarding them six spots in the top 100 wines in the world. An amazing accomplishment!
