Every day from 7h to 17h paysants from the region gather to sell their products. Tuesday and Friday the market is bigger. Although they don't have bio certificates, rest assured everything is natural!

This mountain peak (1307m) is one of my favorite places, as it is easily accessible following a forestry road from Izvoare, and it offers a breathtaking view on the region and Baia Mare city!

Totally my favorite! Pristine and untouched, this rock has become a natural reservation and it stuns with its' resemblance to a rooster's comb, from which it got its name. A must see!

The museum also tried to present the types of households according to the main occupation of the inhabitants of the area of origin of the household. Thus, we have farmhouses from Lăpuş Land, viticulture farm from sub-area Baia Mare, farmer's farm in Maramureş Country, etc. Nor were technical installations such as beacons, beacons, winds and water-driven mills omitted.
