This is one of our favorites. Ceia's wine list is award winning, and you will feel transported to Europe. The chef cooks from Portuguese, Italian, French and Spanish tradition, and the space is more intimate than some of Newburyport's larger establishments. Ceia is sister to Brine Oyster, Crudo and Chops, across the street. It is equally as excellent.

The ingredients are organic, and combined with their excellent coffee drinks, you are in for a real treat. They are located two blocks from your house, in the Tannery Marketplace has an excellent book store, and a farmers' market, year-round.

The Brewing Company hosts live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. On Thursday nights the taco truck is parked outside and you can carry in food. (no food provided by the Brewery). It's the local "place where everyone knows your name".
