Very attractive 2 bedroom fully furnished villa for long and short term rentals. The lounge and all the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners .There is an an extra bathroom and toilet. It is located in the Parakuo Estates Lashibi residential development.

The Villa is situated right on the corner where Spintex Road Meets With The Nungua Road . It is therefore within walking distance from the main road with easy access to means of transportation. It has the added advantage of being just a few minutes walk from the “On The Run” chain of restaurants and a short drive from the renowned Fridays Spot and Koko Beach Resort.

Security

The villa is located in a quiet residential area with no security problems. However, despite the absence of security problems, the villa has a day caretaker.

There are security cameras installed on the premises to monitor the fence surrouding the property and the main gate.
There is one camera installed in front of garage, another on the porch facing the fence and two in the backyard to monitor the fence behind the house.

ELECTRICITY

The villa is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be loaded with 20 cedis credit on check in. The guest is responsible for buying more credit as required. The Staff will be able to assist with this.

The guest pays for the cost of fuel for the power generator in the event of power cuts

The satellite TV facility provided in property operates on a Pay-AS-You-Go basis. Local TV channels can be viewed at no extra charge. The tenant is responsible credit as required. The staff will be able to assist with this.

There is the availability of Wifi- internet connection on the premises.The guest is responsible for purchasing data bundles as and when required. The staff will be able to assist.
