With its 700 feet of lake shoreline, our home offers jaw-dropping panoramic views as well as direct access to all Beaver Lake has to offer.
At Bird's Eye Retreat, you can vacation guilt-free in our NET ZERO home, which is completely sustainable and solar-powered! Our home generates ALL of its electricity and water on-site, and can operate completely off-grid if needed.

The space:
The Bird's Eye Retreat is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located directly ON the shoreline of Beaver Lake! With its sweeping views of Beaver Lake, luxury HOT TUB and SAUNA, room for TEN and ample lounge space, our lakeside escape is perfect for groups looking to get away from it all.
Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by our open-concept living room and kitchen, which are host to GORGEOUS floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Our large, fully-equipped kitchen has all of the essentials you need to create your favorite dishes - plus dining space for 6! When you're not out on the water, kick back and relax in our living room while enjoying your favorite shows and movies on our 55" Smart TV with Roku.
When it's time to settle for the evening, choose from any of our three bedrooms, each complete with luxurious linens, towels and amenities. Choose from (1) Our Master bedroom, complete with a King-size bed, plenty of storage, direct access to the porch and an en suite bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom, which features a plush King-size bed, Queen-size pullout sofa bed, deck access and 55" Smart TV with Roku. (3) Finally, our third bedroom, which is complete with a Full-size bed, Full-size trundle, desk, deck access and 43" Smart TV with Roku. The second and third bedroom both have access to a nearby hallway bath.
Our outdoor living space is the true star of Bird's Eye Retreat! Sit back and enjoy our panoramic views of the lake or fire up our propane grill for a meal in the great outdoors. You are also welcome to unwind in our hot tub or next to the gas fire pit on the porch OR large wood fire pit in the yard - perfect for s'mores or campfire stories. While at the Bird's Eye, you'll also have direct access to the lake's edge via TWO well-marked trails - (1) down the "railway stairs" located in our backyard or (2) down a longer, but less steep path located at the side of our home.

Guest access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

**Covid-19 cleaning procedures:
To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, Cohobnb follows the CDC and EPA guidelines to effectively clean and disinfect every property after each check-out. Our cleaners wear gloves and masks while cleaning each property and use bleach-based disinfectants, paying additional attention to frequently touched surfaces. The following lists our cleaning procedures when turning over properties:
