Las Negras, originally a small fishing village on the sunny coast of Almeria. It is located at the foot of the sea and is surrounded by beautiful mountains whose amazing reliefs are recognizable as they were once covered by the Mediterranean Sea.

Las Negras has preserved its picturesque and very family character in a privileged enclave of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. The name Las Negras comes from the small mountain located near the village El Cerro Negro, formed by dark volcanic stones. The village is not overcrowded because it is protected within the Cabo de Gata Natural Park.
