This a large studio apartment located near Lambton Quay and close to the waterfront and local attractions. There are 4 cafe's immediately outside the building, perfect for that morning coffee or brunch and the Thistle Inn bar and a convenient store just around the corner.

The supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk away and close to the Ferry, Train and Bus terminals.

There are several parking buildings nearby Prime Parking on Molesworth Street, Wilson Parking on Hill Street and Rugby Street with prices for parking from 8:00am to 7:00pm from $27 -$35/day ( this may vary) or Parking on the street is $4.00 per hours week days (max two hours) or $2:00/hour during the weekend and Free parking during public holidays but parking times still apply.

Free parking is available on the Street in the evenings between 6:00pm till 8:00am next day with the exception of Friday which is from 8:00am till 8:00am next day.
