I've designed and advised for over 200 AirBnBs, including my own coveted listings on both coasts, and am now finally onto a cabin in the Catskills. These photos are placeholder teasers for what will be a complete rehab of a style-forward, yet quintessential post-and-beam log cabin with colorful midcentury accents and speedy appliances. You’ve a .3 acre on a mountainside above the river on a private road surrounded by two larger neighboring properties, but you’re enclosed in trees and wooden fencing. There is a Tiny Home backhouse that will eventually be a separate rental (or can be combined for up to four extra guests), but that is not until 2022.

We’ll have a hard time renting this cabin instead of being in it 100% of the time, but/so if you’ve rented it, that means we aren’t there. As described above, the Tiny Home back house may be occupied by us or others once it’s as well renovated starting Summer 2021.

We’ll be very clear and precise with instructions and are of course a phone call away.

Lastly, we are protective of our neighbors and will do whatever necessary to make them comfortable, so excessive noise and/or property misuse or overuse won’t be tolerated. Thanks for your respect!
