Unique and splendid studio on rooftop with ocean view. A wonderful place to spend your vacations by your own or with your loved one. It's a corner of the paradise with a delightful sea view. Located in the heart of Boca Chica Beach, at one minute walk from the beach (crossing the street). Bright, breeze and studio, 1 bed, 1 bathroom, and kitchen with dining set. Close to all the beautiful restaurants and cafes of the area, minutes driving from the airport and Santo Domingo City.

Fits 2 persons comfortably. Linens, towels, AC, fan, hot water. The building has elevator, swimming pool, leisure area, and parking for all guests. In Dominican Republic could happen short power outages but our building has electric generator/electric power plant which allow our guests keep enjoing of the modern life comfort all the time. Available to rent per night, per week, per month or long term. 24 hours security, elevator, late hours check in when flights arrive too late, and late check outcould be available upon previous request to coordinate with the personel.

Extreme noise and loud music are not allowed.

This beach apartment building is located in the beautiful and well-known beach area called Boca Chica Beach, just few steps from the beach and all the beautiful restaurants and cafes of the area.Fifteen minutes driving to Las Americas Airport, and half an hour from Santo Domingo City, the capital of Dominican Republic.
