This charming and spacious four bedroom house is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Costacabana, just 4km from the Almeria Airport and 1 minute walk to the beach.
It has a private pool with underwater lights, a rooftop solarium with a sea/mountain view for sunbathing, jacuzzi/bathtub, a fibre optic WI -FI, a large first floor terrace overlooking the pool and lots of space for a relaxing and peaceful family holiday. A free parking for two cars behind a metal gate.

In the vicinity of the house is a very popular restaurant El Lagarto situated about 50m away, a local shop within 3min walk, pharmacy and two other tapas bars nearby.
