A nice and cosy place with a beautiful view where you can sit and get inspired in the brightness and quietness. It is approximately 10 min. walking distance to the center of the city where the old city is, the mall, the fort and the charming shopping street. It is also a good place from where you can take day tours and come back in the evening to try a good restaurant or cook at home if you prefer that

The house is in three floors (basement, first, second) and you will be living on the first floor and will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and hallway with one other tennant. Your flat is having a master bedroom, a living room with locked doors, a bathroom and a kitchen. There is a possibility for you to rent the other double bedroom on the same floor if you should need to and it is available. There is free parking outside and if you need to wash your clothes you are more than welcome.

We own the whole house and live upstairs on the second floor, and the basement is rented. You will stay on the first floor which is up the hill from "Torfingøta" to "Skrivaragøta".
