The property is located on the edge of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, between Ipanema (one of the most sophisticated neighborhoods of Rio), and Copacabana. Besides the beaches and the beautiful park that surrounds the lagoon, there is abundant trade, including two street fairs (on Tuesdays and Fridays) and the famous Hippie Fair Ipanema, on Sundays. Cinemas and restaurants can also be accessed on foot.
