Just 4 minutes walk from the central square "Piazza Stesicoro" where we find the Roman Amphitheater and a block from the most important market in the city "Fera o' Luni. This studio apartment is just what you need, equipped with bathroom, full kitchen and panoramic terrace. Close to all kind of restaurants, pubs grocery shops, clothing and branding stores! Two blocks from Via Etnea (main Street).

The whole apartment consists of studio room, bathroom, kitchen, terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can use spices and kitchenware to prepare some dishes if you like. There is a writing/portable computer desk with a chair if you need to work while staying here. A sofa for resting and watch TV. A wonderful terrace with a table and two chairs with armrests to appreciate the panorama of the church cupolas while consuming a pleasant dinner.

The apartment is in the heart of the historical center, it's like you are by! Yes a few minutes from: Roman Amphitheater; Vincenzo Bellini Theater; The Cathedral and the prison of Santa Agata. Immersed in the multi-ethnic neighborhood we find many different stores. Pay parking for your car at street €5,60 per day and video surveillance parking lot just in front the building €6,00 per day. Three big supermarket 1 minute walking! Metro station also at less then 1 minute walking and 4 minutes from Alibus bus stop to and from airport!
