This charming apartment is in the heart of south side San Clemente, minutes away from San Clemente State Beach and world class surf break, Trestles. Freshly remodeled!!

This is a charming one bedroom/one bath minutes away from the beach! Recently renovated, it had brand new countertops, cabinets, floors, and fresh paint! This apartment is part of a duplex. It is equipped with everything you need for a beach get away! Guests have access to our outdoor spaces that include a front and side yard and bikes upon request. The place is just short of a two mile walk or ride to world class waves at Trestles and only half a mile to San Clemente State Beach! There's also a bar one block south of us and a liquor store one block north of us. The closest grocery store is Ralphs (1.7 miles).

We are in a little beach neighborhood in south side San Clemente, considered as the Trestles District. The neighborhood has a very friendly community of young and older adults and many families. Everyone is friendly. There is a bar one block south of our house with stiff drinks. A block north is a liquor store that carries basic necessities if you forget something on your trip. The closest grocery store is Ralphs (1.7 miles away). The beach is a few minutes away. You have the advantage of driving, riding a bike, or walking! The other fun stuff like restaurants, bars, shops are located just a short car ride away in downtown San Clemente. We are located right off the 5 freeway which makes everything accessible and quick to get to!
