Callala Sun is a two-bedroom cottage that is warm and cosy in winter and bright and airy in summer. It provides the perfect retreat to unwind, de-stress and recuperate from the daily grind.

The property boasts a fully functional and modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a large outdoor area, perfect for BBQ's and soaking up the summer sun after a day spent at the beach, which sits just 250 m from your door. The large, fully fenced rear yard is perfect for families with young children.

Callala Beach is part of Jervis Bay, famous for the whitest sands in the world. It is perfect for fishing, swimming, sailing and canoeing. Callala Sun offers small-town conveniences of Callala Bay and the bigger shopping opportunities of Nowra only a 20-minute drive away; this cottage is perfectly located.

Outdoor dining will be an absolute pleasure to the BBQ connoisseur with a great backyard that provides an open fire pit where you can sit around and tell your stories from the day just gone, or bring out the guitar and have a sing-along. The backyard is abundant with birdlife and provides lots of space for the kids to enjoy.

The property offers bikes and kayaks for your use. Callala Beach is a nice flat area to enjoy a bike ride.

**Linen:**
Linen Service full property (all beds) - $200 per stay.

All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote.

If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

Please note this property does not provide wood for the firepit, guests will need to purchase this.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

This property does NOT have internet access or Wi-fi.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

**Notes:**
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Extras may be available for hire include rollaway beds, portacots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
