Suite 4 - Beach Suite A front-facing condo overlooking the village square. The Beach Suite is inspired by beachgoers in search of that perfect spot in the sand under a shady umbrella. Turquoise and pink-coral hues contrast to create a visual harmony. The floor plan features a galley-style open-concept kitchen with farm-sink, stainless appliances, floating oak shelving, and is fully equipped with the needed essentials. A dining area, living room with flat screen tv, bedroom and a tiled bathroom with shower provide you a perfect getaway. The light-filled space has wide-plank white-oak hardwood floors, dimmable LED lighting and designer furnishings. The suite sleeps a maximum of four guests with a plush Casper queen bed, superior sheet sets, non-allergenic pillows, blankets and duvet covers. The living room has a convertible sleeper sofa with linens and bedding, perfect for children or your short term guests. An expansive covered terrace with coastal rocking chairs and bistro table set is an ideal space to enjoy the relaxed beach town overlooking picturesque Ogunquit village. We have undertaken a complete designer remodel to further enhance the amenities, style and sophistication at TWENTY SHORE Guest Suites. We have worked with our design team to create a stunning new beach chic vibe that adds color and calm to make every moment of your stay amazing. What did the extensive remodel entail? Actually, everything! We’ve removed walls to create more open-flow spaces. Added new paint with designer beach wallpaper and shiplap board accents. Installed soft-warm recessed dimmable lighting and custom chandeliers and sconces. A new energy efficient heating and a/c system. Solid-core doors feature chrome hardware and European wide-plank white-oak floors run throughout. In the kitchens we’ve added beautiful solid oak shelving, new glass-top stoves with copper cookware and mid-size refrigerators/freezers to every unit. All furniture has been replaced throughout, featuring rattan beds with Casper mattresses, solid wood or marble dining tables, new sofas and chairs with smart wall mounted wide screen tvs. Our new code-door access systems are simple to use and guests will find an array of games to play for those stay-at-home evenings. Our art collection features local Maine beach scapes by celebrity photographer Gray Malin. We think you will enjoy it and look forward to an amazing 2022 season. We are available via phone/text/email if you need anything while visiting. We are located in the heart of town & only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Nearby attractions: The Front Porch Piano Bar and Restaurant, ice cream, candy & chocolate shops, art galleries, souvenir, jewelry, clothing and antique shops. Walk the Marginal Way trail with stunning views of the New England coastline. Local Trolley's run throughout the town for convenience. Watch a play at the famous Ogunquit Playhouse. Enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, sailing, fishing, boat rides, golf and mini-golf. At TWENTY SHORE we are a NO SMOKING property. We regret that because of our 2nd floor location we are not handicap accessible. No Pets. Even though our calendar may say we are fully booked, please inquire on specific dates, there may be availability. NOTE: We are located in the village which is an energy-filled busy place during the summer and across from the Piano Bar which can be quite loud until closing time. We are fortunate to be able to provide on-site parking in the downtown area, but our driveway is quite tight and hard to maneuver if you have a larger vehicle please note in your reservation and we will work to accommodate or there are town lots that accept overnight parking for a fee. This unit is one of our larger rooms but does not have any windows. Close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. Private bedroom with its own full bathroom. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, full fridge, sink, microwave, coffee pot, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
