Cozy cottage in unique location with 2 hot tubs. Great couples or friends getaway. Lake Lotawana is a private lake and we do not have lake access or lake view, however Marina 27 restaurant is 1 minute away and offers spectacular lake views from their patios. Walking distance to several great restaurants, shops & coffee. Outdoor TV, grill, covered porch, record player & records. No children under 12. We love children, but the cottage is set up for 2 adults only. Pet enclosure for small dog only.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; vanity , bath with shower attachment, personal mini fridge and freezer, Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Hulu logged in. You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! I cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house.

Blue themed suite with a private bath. Walk in closet in the bathroom, full tub/shower, sink and toilet fully private in the room.. Bedroom is in a large home in a neighborhood with a half acre garden, Creek in the back, walking trails and parks nearby. Up to 3 bedrooms available each with their own private bathroom for up to 6 guests. Continental Breakfast provided or a hot breakfast option.
