Benvenuto a casa mia! Dopo un breve scambio conoscitivo e un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, cucineremo insieme un menù tipico genovese (un antipasto, un primo piatto di pasta, un secondo e un dolce) e vi racconterò un po' di storia e di curiosità sulla cucina ligure e sulle sue tradizioni Mangeremo poi quanto cucinato con la mia famiglia (e' compresa acqua illimitata e una bottiglia di vino ogni due ospiti!) Condivido molto volentieri ciò che ho imparato da mia mamma, mia suocera e dai corsi di cucina che ho frequentato: non sono uno chef professionista!!!

Let's have fun cooking together! Come and learn how to prepare some typical dishes of the Genoese tradition. I will accompany you by telling you the story of the dishes we will cook. After immersing ourselves in the preparation of the dishes, we will have lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, sipping Italian red wine. At the end of the experience, you will receive your recipe booklet and if you wish, some of the food we have prepared. During the class you will learn how to prepare authentic Ligurian food. We will prepare the doughs, the filling and I’ll share some tips with you. At the end we will eat together what we prepared: Focaccia,, Torta Cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta and borage) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). If you want we can even decide to prepare alternative dishes in advance (at least one week before the lesson). For intolerances and allergies, we inform you that the following products/ingredients will be used: Milk and milk-based products Nuts Egg Flour Garlic Sweet beets Borage Extra virgin olive oil Bread

I will welcome our group to my apartment where we will have our interactive cooking class. I will introduce you the program and the grandma traditional receipts that we will cook together: everybody will have his own apron and I will teach you how to cook the following dishes: - tagliatelle - ravioli - orecchiette or gnocchi all rigorously handmady During the preparation everybody will have his own space and ingredients to put in practice what I'll teach, meanwhile I will be glad to share with you the origin of different preparation, with some historical link and show you some tricks how to make a dish a real artwork so that you can be a real italian chef when you will invite your friends at home next time! During the class you will learn also italian names for different ingredients and in a whilw you will became a PASTA expert. Ready for your special meal? We will move to the terrace and we will share PASTA receipts just cooked during the class and we'll finish our convivial dinner with a real italian coffee and some more legend and local tips. Other things to note If you partecipate in group, according to your special needs, we can tailor-made the cooking class for special occasion (birthday, anniversary etc), we are available to make experience both lunch and dinner. inizieremo con una passeggiata nel vigneto, fino al punto panoramico da dove potrai ammirare le colline del Barolo, Barbaresco e Roero in un unico, dove a seconda della stagione potrai partecipare attivamente alle diverse lavorazioni, per capire come il vino nasce nel vigneto, come un taglio sapiente di un tralcio può incidere sulla qualità delle uve e quindi sul vino. tutti i nostri vigneti sono situati sulla sommità della collina di Altavilla nel comune di Alba, circondati dal maestoso paesaggio delle Langhe da una parte e delle Alpi dall'altra. Entrando in cantina è possibile apprendere la costituzione del suolo delle nostre colline che godono di una composizione minerale unica al mondo, è possibile vedere e toccare con mano la stratificazione del suolo dal Miocene ad oggi! l'esperienza prosegue in cantina dove è possibile vedere tutte le fasi della vinificazione, dalla vendemmia all'affinamento in barricaia. infine la degustazione dei vini, alla scoperta dei profumi anche grazie all'ausilio di aromi per imparare ad "addestrare l'olfatto" come un vero sommelier! i vini sono abbinati a prodotti del territorio selezionati dalle migliori aziende agricole. in più punti del percorso è possibile igenizzare le mani, o lavarle con acqua e sapone. Se il tempo permette potremo fare la degustazione all'aperto in giardino. Altre cose da tenere a mente è possibile portare con se i cani nel vigneto, ma per motivi di igiene non è possibile portarli in cantina in caso di maltempo l'esperienza viene svolta interamente al coperto

In Anna's kitchen you will be invited to cook Ligurian style the old way, using mortar and pestle to make pesto sauce and other traditional sauces. Even more you will be taught how to make fresh pasta like Lasagne or Pansotti and dress them with typical sauces. Vegetables pies, seafood and a colorful variety of focaccias Ligurian style will be the extra choices for making up your favourite workshop menus. Anna is fluent either in English and French and will lead you into the genuine Ligurian culture and traditions through her recipes. Local wine and a final meal will be offered in the cozy garden overlooking the gulf.

It traditionally consists of crushed garlic, European pine nuts, coarse salt, basil leaves, hard cheese such as Parmigiano-Reggiano all blended with olive oil. Then, learn how to prepare home made Tagliatelle! Sit with your host and enjoy the fruit of your labour and taste the second course ( typically fried anchovies ). Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dish tasting with your local host. You will also taste fine local Italian wine.. Finally enjoy the gelato or dessert with some coffee. The will walk down Piazza de Ferrari and Doge’s Palace, where Paganini was in prison and where are sculptured the enemies of the Republic. Gita in barca con aperitivo al tramonto tra musica, amici e una vista unica. Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Le barche sono 3: - 'Salpa Solei 18' un Gommone di 6 metri del 2023 dotato di ogni confort quali doccetta, frigo, stereo Bluetooth e doppio prendisole. - 'Patrone 23' un tipico gozzo Ligure di 7 metri completamente restaurato nel 2021 che quindi dispone di ogni comfort: Tendalino parasole, impianto audio bluetooth, doccetta di acqua dolce, grande prendisole e doppio frigo. La barca può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 ospiti più lo skipper che vi permetterà di vivere l'esperienza al meglio. - Il nuovo 'Levanzo 25', 8 metri di barca con ben due motori da 200cv l'uno. Impara a preparare la salsa più famosa del mondo: il PESTO!! Facciamo tutto a mano con pestello e mortaio, usando solo ingredienti selezionati! Io ho imparato a fare il pesto dalla nonna Linda, è così gustoso e semplice che sicuramente lo rifarete centinaia di volte a casa con gli amici, vi basta qualche piccolo segreto! Saremo in una tipica cantina delle Cinque Terre, arredata con sasso e legno, un tuffo nella Vernazza ottocentesca! Prepareremo il pesto nel mortaio e lo mangeremo come pranzo alle 12,30 con la pasta e come merenda alle 15,00/17,30 con pane o focaccia, degusteremo 3 vini bianchi Cinque Terre DOC e abbineremo 3 oli extravergini liguri a pane, focaccia e formaggio! Se avete allergie al glutine abbiamo crackers/pasta gluten-free, se non bevete alcolici sono disponibili soft drinks. SOLO PER LA VERSIONE DELLE ORE 12,30 mangeremo la pasta dentro al mortaio e finiremo il pranzo con limoncino fatto con limoni di Vernazza e cioccolato, se volete questa versione in altri orari comunicatecelo direttamente.

Benvenuti nella nostra esperienza! Con i due capitani Steeven e Christian partiremo dalla marina di Riomaggiore per andare al seguente villaggio Manarola e proseguire (soffermandosi in ogni villaggio dal mare,  per fare tante belle foto,  tutto questo sempre vicino alla costa), proseguiremo  verso Corniglia, unico villaggio che si trova a 100 metri dal livello del mare ,faremo una sosta per nuotare insieme ai pesci e fare dello snorkeling ,a bordo ti offriremo del prosecco ,coca-cola o acqua e degli snack come la focaccia ligure, arriveremo a Vernazza uno dei villaggi più amati dai turisti, e infine andremo verso Monterosso, il villaggio più grande, ed ammireremo Monterosso dal mare, Torneremo indietro sempre vicino alla costa per ammirare il sole che tramonta e torneremo  indietro con calma.

We will draw together, starting from Piazza de Ferrari, walking through the city, getting to know Genoa’s most fascinating places, such as the historic centre and the old harbour, in a creative way. You will receive individual drawing lessons that are measured according to your abilities and desires. No matter if you’re just starting out or already an art professional: We will have fun together and you will take home new inspiring impressions. The relaxed “slowing down” and the joy of the creative process make this walk through Genoa a special experience that you will love to remember. Our tour ends at the picturesque Boccadasse, where we enjoy our works on the beach with an ice cream or aperitivo.
