Do you feel like you waste your morning feeling slow, half awake, or unfocused? Do you feel unmotivated when you wake up, and then hope to find inspiration later in the day, but don’t?

In this online experience, we’ll walk through the morning routine that helped me get to, and keeps me competing at a world-class level. We’ll start by hydrating with a cold glass of lime-salt water and I’ll tell you the incredible story of how I made my first Olympic team after getting hit by a track and field hammer (warning: it’s the biggest bruise you’ll ever see). This event was the catalyst of my obsession with habits & routines. Next, we'll do some gentle but energising movements to activate your body. Thirdly, we'll go through effective journaling cues to activate a positive and motivated mindset. With blood flowing and a primed outlook, I’ll guide you through a short but highly effective meditation. As the finale, you'll learn the trick of how to enjoy a cold shower as well as some of the physiological benefits.

A “cheat sheet” of the routine as well as links to more info is provided after the experience.

This Experience is great for team-building. You can book a private experience for your group. If your group larger than my listed max group size for private groups, send me a message. It can also be shortened to 45 minutes webinar-style experience if time is a factor.

I have the most incredible (and strange) job: I throw the javelin for a living. I’ve represented Canada at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and competed as a professional athlete for nine years. My favorite part of this journey has been the opportunity to continuously learn and apply new information, habits, and activities that unlock our incredible human potential.

I want to share my most curated and effective habit: a morning routine that sets you up to win the day. I’ve hosted a variety of athletes, go-getters, and company groups online through my routine; I look forward to taking you through it as well!

Have a pen and paper nearby when taking this course as it is PACKED with information! This course is not only about how to get your morning off to an energetic start but also how to accomplish your goals in a realistic and practical manner. We were a small group (6 in total) from work and the session with Liz was terrific. Liz's knowledge about nutrition and human physiology was impressive and all of the techniques that she shares/recommends have been tried by her for years and in the most extreme situations. Liz is also very personable and engaging. I would highly recommend this experience.
