Very spacious lounge room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, cooker, oven, dishwasher, electric pan, toaster, pots, etc.), toilet, sofa bed, TV, lots of storage. Internet included in the price . Heating: gas & electric. Towels and bedding. Can organise breakfast ingredients ($7/person) pls enquire in advance.

My home is calm and relaxed and is within walking distance to the centre of town in a quiet cul-de-sac, with easy access to the University. The house is good for solo travellers with a queen bed and great shared space. The outside space is relaxed and comfortable. I have two cats that are not allowed near the bedrooms.
